We use website and email service providers to run this site and send our email. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.

Inquiries

When you send an inquiry, we keep your name, email address, phone number if you give it, your message, what you asked for, how you'd like us to reply, and which aircraft you asked about. We use them to answer you and to follow up about that aircraft.

Specification sheets

When you ask for a specification sheet, we keep your name and email address, email you a link to the sheet, and record when that link is opened.

Private links

If we send you a private link to an aircraft, we record when it is opened, roughly how long it is viewed, how many of its photographs are looked at, and whether the specification sheet is downloaded, so we know what to follow up on. With each of those we also keep the description your browser sends and a one-way code made from your network address.

The aircraft finder

The finder works from the trip, passengers and budget you enter. Those answers stay in the page address and are not stored unless you send the brief to us. If you do, we keep it, and the shortlist it produced, with your contact details.

Aircraft alerts

We email aircraft alerts only to people who asked for them or agreed to receive them. If you ask for alerts through the finder, we email you to confirm first, and the request lapses if you don't. Once you confirm, we keep your email address, your name, your brief, and when you agreed (with a one-way code made from your network address), so we can tell you about aircraft that match. Every alert includes an unsubscribe link.

Visits

When you visit, we count page views. For that we keep the page, the page that sent you here, and one-way codes made from your network address and browser — never your name or email address.

Security

With an inquiry or a request, we also keep the description your browser sends and a one-way code made from your network address, so we can stop abuse of our forms.

This site doesn't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. It remembers whether you chose the light or dark display in your browser's own storage.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it with our website and email service providers only as needed to run this site and send our email, with others when you ask us to — to arrange a viewing or a pre-buy inspection, for example — and when the law requires it.

We keep inquiries and the details that come with them while we're dealing with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for our records and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
